The Dental Program at KIST Medical College is one of the best in the nation, with a stable and sufficient number of specialists working as full-time faculty. The program is involved in a rich amalgamation of scientific inquiry and quality dental care service.
At KIST Medical College, KISTMC follows the innovative curriculum of the Institute of Medicine. The core philosophy of the curriculum is integrated basic medical science teaching-learning activities with community-based problem-oriented learning.
This program provides students with a broad knowledge base and also emphasizes the principles of pharmacy related sciences, such as biostatistics, medical law and ethics, and pharmacoeconomics.
Each postgraduate program is designed for candidates who are competitive, bright, and self-motivated, choosing to immerse themselves in the most rigorous of medical training.
The BMLT program will provide you with knowledge and practical skills in all major disciplines of laboratory medicine including clinical chemistry, immunochemistry, hematology, microbiology, diagnosis, blood banking and transfusion medicine.
Services
All students of the KIST Medical College are provided with residential accommodation in well furnished spacious hostel rooms. Separate hostels have been put up for boys and girls. All facilities have been provided to the students of the college for social integration, extra curricular activities and a peaceful study atmosphere.
The library is a separate, double-storied structure air conditioned at the center of the campus, connected through a wide corridor to the main academic block. The library has a seating capacity of 80-100 students and an extensive collection of medical text books and journals, available only to the students of the college.
The Auditorium at KIST Medical College is a huge and beautiful auditorium with the capacity to accommodate about 500 persons. The Auditorium is used for cultural as well as scientific programs like seminars, conferences, workshops etc.
As part of our continuing endeavor to meet the educational and social needs of our students, KIST Medical College has hygienic canteens. These canteens provide hygienic food with variety to our students at very affordable rates. You can get a variety of fast foods, vegetarian, non vegetarian food items within your budget.
We are rich in sports and recreation activities. All the sports grounds are available nearby our hostel and quarter area. We have Football Ground , Cricket Ground, BasketBall Court , Badminton Court as per international standard
Our in-house IT department has installed high-speed internet in all of our hostels and quarters. In addition, students get access to the internet in their dorm rooms.
