To function as an independent Centre of Excellence committed to high-quality specialized excellent health care services in the country and conduct research on relevant local health problems for the holistic development of community services and medical education.

Hostel Facilities

The college offers comfortable twin sharing and four-seater residential accomodations in the Integrated Basic Sciences (IBMS) block for around forty students. Preference is being given to students from outside the country and outside the Kathmandu valley, girls, the physically challenged, Dalits and Janajatis. The hostel fees for twin-seater accommodation are Nepalese Rs. 6000 per student per month and for four-seater accommodation, it is Nepalese Rs. 3500 per student per month. There are separate accommodations for boys and girls. Male students are strictly prohibited from going to the female students’ rooms and vice versa. The consumption of alcohol and other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited and if discovered may lead to expulsion from the hostel and the institution.
